Invention and design of an AI-assisted welding helmet and industrial safety platform integrating real-time sensor fusion, thermal imaging, and servo-stabilized vision systems.

Spatial Analogue is a collaborative design platform built for the era of spatial computing. Leveraging the power of Apple Vision Pro, it transforms 3D workflows into shared, immersive spaces where teams can sketch, review, and refine ideas together as if they were in the same room. I created a comprehensive interactive prototype in Figma that became the foundation for the platform's evolution.

For the launch of the Logitech Muse at WWDC 2025, I led the design and development of user experiences within Spatial Analogue that demonstrated how the product could seamlessly integrate with Apple Vision Pro.

At Meta's Reality Labs, I worked on redefining how people connect across screens. With Portal TV, we brought video calling to the biggest screen in the home, blending hardware, software, and design to make conversations feel natural from the couch. With Project Kenai we broadened our scope to envision the future of the physical workspace.

In response to a critical company need, I took on the role of product designer for Meta Verified within Meta's Monetization team, seeing it through development and launch on both Facebook and Instagram. The high visibility project demanded quick iterations and close alignment with engineering as well as the design teams of Facebook and Instagram.

During my second tenure as product designer for Apple TV, I led the integration of motion video throughout the Apple TV 4K interface. Through early technology prototyping, I helped develop a proprietary transparent motion video format that became central to creating a more dynamic and engaging Apple TV+ experience. I also conceived and designed the showcase modules that highlighted Apple Originals and major streaming partners like Disney+ and HBO MAX, creating premium presentation formats that gave top-tier content the prominence it deserved. Additionally, I designed the interaction model for Apple TV's aerial screen saver, defining how users would discover and navigate the stunning location footage while maintaining an effortless, unobtrusive experience.

I collaborated closely with the Siri design team and Accessibility team to reimagine Siri’s role and utility on the tvOS platform, guiding its future impact on the user experience and enhancing the accessibility of tvOS. I also partnered with the macOS Software Engineering and Apple Arcade teams to deliver seamless support for major game controllers on tvOS.

Lyve Home was a hardware and software product from Lyve Minds (later acquired by Seagate) designed to centralize and manage digital photos and videos from multiple devices into a single, locally stored library. As a co-founder and the Director of User Experience, I designed the Lyve Home device UX and the Lyve App for iOS, Android, Windows, and Mac leading an 8-member, cross-disciplinary design team.

As digital content availability surged, Apple TV needed to evolve from a simple content-access device to a platform where users could rent and buy movies and TV shows. This evolution coincided with the launch and growth of the iTunes store. In response to this shift, I invented the media shelf navigation system. As the Apple TV partner ecosystem expanded, I led the transition from a list-based interface to a grid-based design, enhancing consistency across partners and media.

In my first chapter at Apple, I helped invent the future of television. As one of the creators of Apple TV I led the design and development from its inception within a small, secretive team to its launch as a mass-market consumer product, securing 43 granted patents along the way.
